This after school program is designed to develop a holistic health practice for kids during their busy and at times stressful lives. together we cultivate a sense of well being, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Each class consists of yoga – physical movement, breathing techniques and ways to calm the mind, as well as a wellness component which will vary from week to week. Classes may include time in the garden; smoothie making or nutrition lessons including preparing healthy snacks; exploring the benefits of essential oils for managing emotions and enhancing focus and concentration, to name a few.

Learn how to make awesome dishes for you and your family, and learn about your food and where it comes from. Classes include healthy twists on favourite recipes and include easy to prepare appetizers, snacks, entrees, drinks and desserts. Each class includes planning, preparation, cooking and baking in a safe environment. After preparing the food, students eat together and if possible take food home for their families to sample. Instructor: Lush Valley
This course teaches young people aged 11 years and older how to care for children and infants while babysitting. The course enhances awareness and safety by teaching responsible babysitting, and helping to develop skills to cope with common emergencies. A certificate of participation is issued upon successful completion of the program.
